Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. On this Website that means the free estimate form, which asks for:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Property address
- Number of bedrooms
- Phone number (optional)
- Notes about your property (optional)
What happens when You submit the estimate form
The form is sent from this Website's server function directly to One Fine BnB's customer relationship management system (CRM), where it is stored as an inquiry and assigned to a member of our sales team, who is notified internally. Along with what You typed, We send the address of the page You were on, the page that referred You (if Your browser provides it), any campaign tags in the link You followed (such as utm_source), and the name of this Website. The form data is not stored on this Website itself. We use it to prepare Your estimate and to contact You about Your inquiry by email, phone or text message.
While the page is open, Your browser keeps a random submission ID and any campaign tags in its session storage so a double-click or retry is not counted twice; session storage is cleared when You close the tab.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. This Website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes these requests (including IP addresses) to deliver and protect the Website. Our form function uses Your IP address briefly to limit abuse and does not store it with Your inquiry.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
At the time of this policy, this Website does not set its own Cookies and does not run analytics or advertising tags. This section will be updated if that changes.
Booking a call takes You to Calendly (calendly.com), which is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy.
